Our Security Services 

Spyon specializes in expert installation, maintenance, and support of advanced security solutions, including: 

• Security camera systems 
• Alarm installations 
• Access control systems 
• Network cabling for residential and commercial properties 

Every service is fully customized to align with your property’s unique security requirements. 

Quotes and Pricing Policy 

• All price estimates for installation and services are valid for 14 calendar days from issuance. 
• Final pricing may be adjusted based on onsite evaluations or client-requested changes. 
• A deposit may be required to secure service appointments. 

Payment Terms 

• Full payment is due according to the terms set out in your project quote or invoice. 
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee on overdue balances. 
• Spyon reserves the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid. 

Installation Warranty and Guarantees 

• All security camera and alarm systems installed come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects and labor. 
• The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, or electrical surges. 
• Certified technicians perform all installations to ensure optimal functionality and durability. 

Maintenance and Support 

• Regular system maintenance and updates are highly recommended to maintain continuous 24/7 protection. 
• Post-warranty service visits may incur additional charges. 
• Spyon offers seasonal maintenance services, including camera inspections and system updates after severe weather events. 

Customer Responsibilities 

• Customers must ensure unobstructed access to installation sites during scheduled service appointments. 
• It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to all relevant privacy laws and regulations governing security cameras and alarm systems. 

Limitation of Liability 

• While Spyon’s solutions act as effective deterrents, we cannot guarantee the prevention of theft, loss, or damage. 
• Spyon is not liable for any property damage or loss occurring despite the presence of security measures. 

Privacy Commitment 

• We are dedicated to protecting your personal information in full compliance with Canadian privacy laws. 
• Data collected during consultations, installations, and service is kept confidential and used exclusively to deliver our services. 

Service Cancellation 

• Either party may terminate service agreements at any time with written notice. 
• Clients remain responsible for all completed work and any equipment costs incurred prior to cancellation. 

Changes to Terms 

• Spyon reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. 
• Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication. 

Governing Law 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
